Every request goes through the contact form and receives a case reference you can quote later. Choose the topic that fits:
- Support — something in the app is not working or not clear
- Refund — within 14 days of your first payment
- Privacy — access, deletion or export of your data
- Security — report a vulnerability
- Legal
- Press
Do not include passwords, payment-card details or sign-in codes in a request. Requests are kept for 12 months.
