What we store
Your email address, the domain you score, your reports, and — if you subscribe — the Stripe customer and subscription identifiers. Card details never reach us; Stripe handles payment. No health, financial or special-category data is collected.
Where and how
Data is held in the EU, encrypted in transit, backed up nightly to off-site storage with a rehearsed restore. Sign-in is by a six-digit emailed code; there is no password to steal. One active session per account.
Retention and deletion
- Your account and reports: until you delete them from Settings, which removes everything attributable to you.
- Support and legal requests: 12 months, then purged.
- Backups: 30 days off-site.
What re:score reads on your site
One page, fetched as any visitor would fetch it. No plugin, no tag, no access to your systems. Nothing is written to your site.
Contact, support, privacy and legal requests
All requests go through the contact form, which gives you a case reference. There is no public mailbox. Refund requests, privacy requests (access, deletion, export) and security reports use the same form with the matching topic.
